This program builds on the foundation of the 1st Program giving you a slightly more challenging, focused workout that still fits into a busy schedule, while traveling, or as a smart recovery option. Your breath remains your guide—especially the exhale as it connects you to your core. A great inhale starts with an excellent exhale. - Simple, Accessible, and Travel-Ready: Still minimal equipment.
